1. Profiles Cold processing
The high-speed H beam drilling machine includes (workstation, roller frame, feeding trolley and trolley track, finished workpiece receiving table) for realizing section steel connecting plate hole group drilling .
2.Overall Structure
The external shafts are driven by servo motors and are guided by precise linear guides to ensure the overall operation accuracy, simple operation in all directions, good stability and stable overall structure.
3.Feed roller frame
It is mainly composed of five sets of roller racks, unpowered rollers, and side positioning wheels. When raw material is put into the roller frame, it will send workpiece to side reference to ensure the accuracy of workpiece feeding. 4.FINISHED WORKPIECE STORAGE AREA
The workpiece is feeding from drilling unit and then on power roller driven by motor and chain and then the finished product is directly stored by four sets of trolleys. Features: Provide remote control stations, improve drilling efficiency and save labors.
5.Auto feeding
Features: Intelligent clamping, saving labor. The trolley track uses precision guide rails and racks, and the feeding is stable and accurate.
