I.YM-3D1250 Beam 3D drilling machine:
◆Application:High-speed CNC beam three-dimensional drilling module group includes(Infeed conveyor, Drilling unit,Outfeed conveyor). It is conveyed to the drilling unit through each transmission roller table, and the three groups of power drills are respectively drilled on the three sides of the beam to realize the cold processing equipment for the hole group of the beam connection plate.
◆Dimension: The total length of the entire unit is 32000mm, of which the length of the drilling unit is 2000mm, and the feed conveyor is 14000mm, which guarantees the acceptance of the largest raw material to be cut 12000mm.

1.2 Drilling unit
◆Function: Control the three power drills through the Yomi system to complete the processing of the workpiece hole group.
◆Composition: It is mainly composed of fixed unit fixing mechanism, upper unit fixing mechanism and dynamic unit pressing mechanism, workstation frame type device, three sets of power mechanism, etc. The cement base of the structure is embedded and fixed to ensure high-speed operation.
◆Features: The external axis are driven by servo motors and are guided by precision linear guide rails, thus ensuring the overall running accuracy of the external axis and power heads, simple operation in all directions, good stability, and stable overall structure.
1.3 Infeed Conveyor
◆Function: infeed conveyor
◆Composition: It is mainly composed of five sets of roller frames, non-powered rollers, and side positioning wheels. After the raw materials are put into the roller frame, the workpiece is sent to the side reference to ensure the accuracy of the workpiece feed.
◆Features: simple structure, simple operation, high feeding precision and high efficiency.
1.4 Feeding trolleys and trolley tracks
◆Function: the automatic feeding of the workpiece.
◆Composition: The servo motor is used to control the feeding trolley to complete the pipe positioning and clamping device. Different pipe materials are driven by the servo motor to move the clamping device up and down to the pipe positioning point for hydraulic clamping.
◆Features: Intelligent clamping, saving labor. The trolley track uses precision guide rails and racks, and the feeding is stable and accurate.
1.5 Outfeed conveyor
◆Function: output and storage area of finished workpieces.
◆Composition: The roller frame and the power roller contain an AC motor conveying device. The workpiece extends from the cutting unit and rides on the power roller. The power roller is driven by the motor through the chain to transport the workpiece. The workpiece is pushed out of the material table and then the finished product is processed by four sets of trolleys and direct output storage.
◆Features: Provide remote site,improve cutting efficiency and save labor.
