If the cutting quality is unqualified, it will directly affect the subsequent welding and other processes, and the processing quality cannot be guaranteed; in addition, the precision of manual cutting is often not high, and even after grinding, the quality is difficult to meet the basic requirements of the design; moreover, the intersection of irregular curves , editing the data code requires a lot of computation, the accuracy of which cannot be verified. To this end, We specially developed this large-diameter intersecting wire cutting machine, which is specially used for cutting workpieces with a diameter between 4 meters and 8 meters.

Due to the large size of the workpiece, the large-diameter intersecting wire cutting machine is designed with a cantilever structure. It is composed of beam lifting mechanism, cutting head and so on. Workpiece processing range: cutting diameter 108-1000mm, 219-1210mm, 325-1620mm, 630-2000mm; workpiece wall thickness 1-60mm; groove angle 65°. The center line of the cutting circle coincides with the busbar at the lowest and highest points of the inner hole or outer circle.

The head of the large-diameter intersecting wire cutting machine is the key component of the entire CNC intersecting wire cutting machine. The cutting machine is a five-degree-of-freedom linkage numerical control system. The guide rail direction is the x direction, the beam direction is the Y direction, the column direction is the Z direction, and the cutting gas is oxygen and acetylene. The 10Y direction CNC is driven by an AC servo motor with a stroke of 450mm; the NC in the Z direction is also driven by an AC servo motor with a stroke of 300mm; the NC rotation in the X and Y directions is controlled by an AC servo motor, and the rotation angle is 45. The nose is equipped with automatic ignition and a wireless rotation system. The large diameter intersecting wire cutting machine solves the winding problem caused by the rotation of the machine head during the cutting process.
